- Leading the components team in the rolling stock & traction area of the Polyworkshop Brig
- Taking the lead for the professional and timely processing of the refurbishment of components such as pantographs, air conditioning units, automatic couplings, engines, drives, compressors, and vacuum pumps of the rolling stock
- Ensuring the quality and economical refurbishment of components combined with the continuous optimization of processes
- Participation in the management team of the Polyworkshop Brig department
- Promoting teamwork and further development of employees
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in the technical field with corresponding education (HF) as well as leadership experience
- Knowledge in the railway sector or vehicle maintenance is an advantage
- High expertise in the areas of electrical engineering, pneumatics, mechanics
- Team player with commitment, persuasiveness, and motivational skills
- Strong implementation skills through role model function and assertiveness
