Housekeeping Staff 40-60% (m/f/d)

The housekeeping team in the monastery operation takes care of the well-being of the nuns daily. The employees cook daily for about 230 sisters, ensure catering and service, take care of the sisters' laundry, and also clean all the rooms on the monastery hill in Ingenbohl.

To strengthen our housekeeping team in Ingenbohl/Brunnen, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a

Housekeeping Staff 40-60% (m/f/d)
for the hotel sector

Your profile:
• solid service experience, also in community catering
• enjoyment in dealing with people and an open demeanor
• ability to work in a team as well as physical and mental resilience
• strong service orientation, sense of cleanliness, and an eye for detail
• flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays – with the aim of ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of the nuns and residents
• high commitment and motivation, even in demanding situations
• good oral and written German skills

Your tasks:
• ensuring smooth operation of meal service in the refectories
• taking into account the preferences of the nuns and guests
• professional execution of general housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry supply, and kitchen, as well as ensuring cleanliness and hygiene
• creating a pleasant atmosphere for the nuns and guests
• inventory control and replenishment of food, laundry, and consumables
• proper storage of food and materials
• assisting with events
