The region with the two mountain railway companies in Bivio and Savognin stands for originality, vastness, lived culture, and genuine hospitality - equally for guests and locals. Your tasks
As Managing Director, you take overall responsibility for Tourism Val Surses Savognin Bivio AG and shape the strategic and operational development of the destination. Your main tasks include:

Leading, promoting, and developing a dedicated team
Implementing the strategy and further developing Val Surses into an attractive year-round destination
Developing and implementing tourist offers and products that suit us
Maintaining and further developing cooperation with regional stakeholders
Budget responsibility, controlling, and ensuring efficient operations
Representing the organization externally as well as active public relations

Your profile
You are passionate about tourism, nature, and people. You see a destination as a year-round inhabited and visited living space. Sustainability, regionality, and responsible action are not just values for you but lived convictions. In addition, you bring:

Entrepreneurial thinking, innovative strength, and implementation power
Strong communication, networking, and leadership skills
Several years of leadership and project experience in tourism or comparable industries
Completed studies (FH/University) in tourism, business administration, or related fields
Very good language skills in German/Swiss German and English, Italian is an advantage
