- Comprehensive and needs-based advice to customers on basic products, saving, payments, investing and pension provision
- Service and comprehensive customer support at our advisory counter
- Active cross-selling in all products including fund savings
- Identifying needs and referring customers to the responsible specialist advisors
- Proactive implementation of sales and market development measures
