• Friendly and competent advice to our customers in the garden center
• Budget, sales, and margin responsibility in the plant and garden assortment
• Care and ensuring the impeccable quality of the plants and supervision of the garden articles section
• Planning and implementation of sales-promoting measures
• Ensuring an attractive store appearance as well as product availability
• Assistance in all sections of the LANDI store and at the cash register (off-season)
• Various administrative tasks

• Completed training as a gardener with a federal certificate of competence or several years of experience in the gardening sector (hardware and garden industry) with very good plant knowledge
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Pleasant manners and enjoyment in customer contact
• Service-oriented, independent, and reliable working style
• Resilient and flexible regarding work assignments including Saturday shifts
• Very good German skills (spoken and written)
