About the job
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Clerk Communication 40-50% for the Presidential Services Aarwangen starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your main tasks
- Management of homepage / social media including creation of videos on community topics
- Management of the secretariat of the Aarwanger Dorfzytig
- Management of office supplies
- Organization of events
- Support with projects
- Support in the training of apprentices
We expect
- Education or further training in commercial or communication fields. Experience in public administration is an advantage.
- Experience in managing social media channels
- Very good written expression in German
- Very good skills in image editing and content creation
- Interest in digital communication in the public sector
- Independence, flexibility, and punctuality
