About the job

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding, among other things, their insurance coverage, benefit reimbursements, premium invoices, by phone, email, and chat
• Analyze insurance coverages, advise customers, prepare offers, and achieve your sales target
• Process contract modification requests, enter them into the customer management system, and confirm the changes in writing
• Answer questions from external sales partners and support them in preparing offers

• You have completed commercial training or have experience in the insurance field or customer service
• You place great importance on customers and service quality; you have a highly developed sense of communication and enjoy advising and selling
• You work precisely, efficiently, and reliably, have an analytical mind, excellent teamwork skills, and are comfortable with IT tools
• You are a native French speaker and have a professional proficiency level (minimum B2) in German and/or Italian and/or English; any other foreign language is an asset
