EHC Kloten Sport AG is looking for an entrepreneurial, sales-strong personality with a passion for sports, sponsorship, and customer relationships. As a New Business Manager, you are responsible for acquiring new partners, expanding existing customer relationships, and further developing our sponsorship and business network.
With your drive, negotiation skills, and sense for added value, you will advance EHC Kloten economically and make partnerships tangible, sustainable, and successful.
YOUR TASKS:
- Active acquisition of new sponsors, partners, and business customers
- Support in the care and further development of existing sponsor and customer relationships
- Development and sale of sponsorship, hospitality, and advertising packages
- Preparation of offers, presentations, and individual partner concepts
- Negotiation and contract conclusion with new and existing customers
- Close cooperation with marketing, communication, and sports for optimal activation of partnerships
- Presence at home games, networking events, and business occasions as needed
- Reporting to management about status, successes, and pipeline in cooperation with the Key Account Manager
- Market observation and identification of new business opportunities
- Administrative tasks in sales, sponsorship, and CRM
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Education or studies in business administration, marketing, sales, or comparable
- Several years of experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship (ideally in sports or event environment)
- Strong closing skills and enjoyment of active customer acquisition
- Driver's license category B
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking and high self-motivation
- Flexibility and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and at events
- High affinity for sports and ice hockey is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office / CRM systems
