A day in the role
Serving customers is in your DNA, and you do your utmost to delight them!
Record and process orders, update the database, prepare and send samples, and find solutions for every situation.
Listen to and advise customers on all services offered by Univerre, embodying excellence at every touchpoint.
Through your proposals, contribute to the continuous improvement of the service and its processes, participate in improvement and development projects at Univerre.
Take turns ensuring the physical and telephone reception of customers at the company’s front desk.
Sales and follow-up of existing customers as well as active prospecting of new clients.
The keys to your success
Certified with a commercial employee CFC, ideally with 5 years or more experience in customer service and related administrative activities.
German or French speaking, you are perfectly bilingual. Italian is a plus.
Dynamic, proactive, you have the desire to be an actor in the development of the company and its clientele.
You know how to manage your time, priorities, and activities, even in stressful situations.
You work efficiently with modern and collaborative tools.
