Your Tasks
- Reference person for nursing or case manager in the core team
- Deputy for the ward manager during vacation absences
- Implementation and further development of the recovery-oriented treatment concept in collaboration with the treatment team management
- Exchange in the nursing specialist group of the inpatient services
- Design of change processes
- Participation in ward-related and cross-ward projects
- Collaboration with the nursing expert APN
Your Profile
- Completed nursing training (HF/HF, PsyKP, AKP, DN II) with a focus primarily on psychiatry or somatics
- At least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatry / somatics / long-term care
- Independent working, high reliability
- High empathy and social skills with healthy assertiveness
- Ability to inspire others
- Team player
