About the job

To strengthen our team in Büren an der Aare, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Construction Supervisor Road Marking 100% (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Support and advice for our customers
• Leadership of teams and ensuring the deployment of all employees
• Responsible for compliance with quality, costs, and deadlines
• Responsible for local construction management and marking projects including work preparation, cost control, and post-calculation
• Processing of tenders in cooperation with the field and internal service
• Compliance with legal standards and requirements

Your profile

• Completed basic training (preferably in the construction industry) and several years of experience in a comparable area of responsibility
• Solid leadership experience, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Convincing personality with technical flair
• Assertiveness, teamwork skills, and strong communication skills
• High sense of responsibility, goal- and solution-oriented
• Driver's license category B
• Very good German skills, good French skills are an advantage
