The opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled individual to join us as a Process & Maintenance Technician in Metal/PECVD Area for our Power Semiconductor manufacturing plant. With your expertise in semiconductor technology and automation, you ensure strong product quality, high equipment availability, troubleshoot tool malfunctions, drive process improvements, and support your colleagues with technical questions. Together with the Engineering team, you take our manufacturing to the next level and oversee the integration of new systems into ongoing production processes.
How you’ll make an impact

Assessing of production problems (Lot Holds, Tool Release, Non-conformalities reporting, etc.) and making decisions (Lot Release, Scrap).

Troubleshooting and fault rectification on complex semiconductor production systems.

Monitoring process compliance and quality using Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Implementing of the necessary measures for process stabilization in consultation with Process Engineering Team.

Documenting and communicating the condition of equipment and technical adjustments supporting Equipment Engineering Team.

Training and re-certify of Operators Level 1, Level 2 and Process Supporters.

Maintaining of up-to-date work instructions.

Actively contribute to sustain and improve a safe work environment.
Your background

Successfully completed a vocational education program in Automation/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Use of the quality business processes (ZBA, NMR, SCR, ECR, CAR).

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 main tools, SiView WebMM-Client, WFFC-GUI, QuMap, and area-specific software tools.

Knowledge of semiconductor production equipment and processes.

Good team player ability with a structured approach to the work.

Good command of German language.

Proven knowledge of English on office-conversational level is a plus.
