Skills
- Pharmaceutical assistant training or experience in the health sector.
- Fluent German (B2+) and preferably French language skills.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in Office 365.

What you can achieve
- Support the customer management team in servicing our pharmacy customers (by phone/writing) in French and German
- You manage our order and administration software, which our pharmacy customers use daily

What you bring with you
- Training as a pharmaceutical assistant, druggist, or experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector
- German at native or very good level (B2+), French skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of Office 365; you are technically and digitally very savvy
- Enjoy customer contact (customer service, customer support) and communication
- High willingness to learn, commitment and openness to new topics
- Team-oriented, helpful working style as well as reliability and diligence
