Certified Nurse HF/FH in Night Shift 80%
At Wiesenhaus, we offer eight places for people with particularly intensive care needs. As a certified nurse in the night shift, you are responsible for the care, safety, and well-being of these eight residents. With your calm manner, you can handle challenging behavior well while meeting the demanding needs. The night shifts at Wiesenhaus are always managed by two people, so you can always rely on another team member.
With your open, straightforward, and empathetic nature and your professional and life experience, you easily connect with the residents and build trust. You love working independently and gladly take on responsibility. Your qualities of communicating clearly and appreciatively as well as finding joint solutions distinguish you. We are looking for a person who contributes to a positive working atmosphere with a touch of humor.
