Construction Supervisor / Chief Installer 80-100% (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
- Independent management of smaller and larger installation projects
- Leadership and development of assigned personnel (employees as well as apprentices)
- Ensuring an optimal workflow on the construction site
- Responsibility for quality control
- Customer support and maintenance of customer relationships
YOUR PROFILE
- Basic training as an electrical installer EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Open and resilient personality
