As a Shop Visit Manager - GTF you will be responsible for all activities – specifically the on-time delivery - of the assigned Shop Visit (SV) in accordance with customer specific contractual agreements. You will lead the dedicated Engine Team and acts as single point of contact to Senior Leadership for all internal SV related affairs.
Your tasks
- Guide the Engine Team to plan and execute assigned Shop Visits end to end.
- Own all SV deliverables: material readiness, documentation and release/certification.
- Orchestrate support functions (Engineering, Planning, Logistics, Quality) to meet SV targets and optimise resources across the engine portfolio.
- Manage all SV process steps and milestones with full compliance and on-time delivery.
- Provide regular, fact-based SV status reports; escalate risks and decisions to senior leadership promptly.
- Drive continuous improvement via RCAs and initiatives that improve TAT, cost and quality.

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) and/or Business Administration desired
- Proofed experience in Product/Project Management (> 5 years)
- Technical skills, preferably in the field of aircraft engines (GTF) business
- Significant understanding of MRO related operational maintenance activities (> 5 years)
- Proofed leadership experience in a multi-disciplined and cultural environment
- Flair to speak in front of a group
- Flair to set precise and realistic targets and drive suitable escalation
- High level of English is mandatory, good level of German is desirable
