Do you enjoy customer contact, days that are never the same, and the hotel environment? Join our teams as a Versatile Welcomer Receptionist and help provide a memorable experience to each of our customers.
Your main tasks
- Welcome and assist customers from their arrival to their departure
- Ensure a quality customer experience and contribute to loyalty (ALL program)
- Manage reception operations: check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, switchboard
- Promote the hotel’s offers and participate in commercial performance
- Provide versatile service: bar, room service, breakfast depending on activity
- Work closely with all hotel departments
- Respect brand standards and quality, hygiene, and safety procedures
Your experience and skills include:
- Fluency in English is essential
- Excellent sense of welcome and customer service
- Dynamic, versatile, organized, and responsive
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and commercial mindset
- Ability to manage stress and priorities
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
