Spitex AachThurLand is organized as a non-profit association and is responsible for the residents of the political municipalities of Sulgen, Kradolf-Schönenberg, and Hohentannen.

Dipl. Nursing Specialist FH/HF (Workload negotiable 40% - 100%)
Your area of responsibility:
- Ensuring professional care and support of clients at home in the areas of somatics, palliative care, and dementia
- Taking over case management of clients
- Collaboration with external specialist agencies, hospitals, doctors, and complementary services
- Taking over administrative tasks
We expect from you:
- Training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Competent, independent personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Good IT skills
- Driver's license category B and own car
- Knowledge in the Spitex environment is an advantage
