• Leadership and development of the infrastructure and building organization (team not yet fully established)
• Ensuring the operation, cleaning, maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of all building technical systems, especially the new buildings Tower and Mountain Station at the summit of Titlis

• Operational planning and implementation of maintenance, conversion, and renovation projects
• Budget responsibility as well as control of costs, contracts, and external service providers
• Collaboration with internal departments, authorities, and external partners
• On-call duty and troubleshooting (standby service)

• Technical / craft basic training, ideally with solid technical understanding in HVAC and building control systems as well as energy efficiency, with further education in Facility Management (HF/FH or similar)
• Leadership experience 
• Organizational and problem-solving talent (project management)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high service orientation 
• Communicative team player with qualities such as resilience, conflict capability, perseverance, and self-organization
