We are looking for immediately or by arrangement:
Head of Facility Management 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
- Leadership and development of the infrastructure and building organization (team not yet fully established)
- Ensuring the operation, cleaning, maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of all building technical systems, especially the new buildings Tower and Mountain Station at the summit of Titlis
- Operational planning and implementation of maintenance, conversion, and renovation projects
- Budget responsibility as well as control of costs, contracts, and external service providers
- Collaboration with internal departments, authorities, and external partners
- On-call duty and troubleshooting (standby service)
- Technical / craft basic training, ideally with solid technical understanding in HVAC and building control systems as well as energy efficiency, with further education in Facility Management (HF/FH or similar)
- Leadership experience
- Organizational and problem-solving talent (project management)
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high service orientation
- Communicative team player with qualities such as resilience, conflict capability, perseverance, and self-organization
