• You actively participate in the care team and help shape professional, child-appropriate care and support.
• As a reliable contact person, you advocate for the well-being of the children.
• You maintain contact with parents, teachers, caretakers, and other school professionals.
• You mainly work during school weeks, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the morning care from 6:45 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.

• You have completed social pedagogical, socio-cultural, or pedagogical training.
• You have experience and enjoy accompanying children aged 4 to 13, supporting and assisting them in their daily lives.
• You empathize with the children's world and confidently manage a group that spans ages and cultures.
• You convince with your empathetic, appreciative, and team-oriented manner and actively contribute to our school life.
• You work independently, reliably, and communicate openly, clearly, and transparently.
• You are flexible and resilient.
