Safety Manager - Railway Protector / Safety Manager - Railway Protector (100%)
As a safety manager, you play a key role in protecting teams working on and near the tracks. You implement the safety measures set by the safety system, supervise construction sites with precision, and actively contribute to safe railway operations. Together with the teams on site, you ensure the smooth running of operations in varied environments while discovering the unique landscapes offered by the most beautiful railway lines in the canton of Fribourg. Working outdoors is an integral part of your daily routine.
Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) complemented by training as a railway safety manager and protector in Switzerland
- You have completed training in triggering and grounding
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- You are flexible for night and weekend work
- You hold a category B car driving license. An extract from your SIAC will be required
- You have excellent command of French (level C1)
- You are sensitive to safety and have good stress management skills
Are these tasks inspiring to you?

- You instruct, if necessary, personnel applying a protection role according to RTE 20'100
- You implement the safety measures set out in the safety concept
- You ensure the safety of workers operating on and near the tracks

- You ensure the track is passable before ordering the announcement of passable track to the traffic manager
