This is what you do with us:
- You take on the specialist responsibility in specialized Palliative Care in close contact with the overall organization.
- You have a strong interdisciplinary leadership role in complex palliative care situations.
- You coach the case-managing employees of the specialist area in care process management.
- You are responsible for ensuring quality and are involved in the care development of the specialist area.
This is what you bring:
- You have a completed professional training as a certified nurse HF/FH with additional training CAS Palliative Care or MAS Palliative Care.
- You bring practical experience in specialized Palliative Care, Spitex experience is an advantage.
- You work independently and responsibly.
- You have pronounced professional and social skills and are resilient.
- You can express yourself appropriately, differentiated, and understandably according to the situation.
- You have knowledge of common MS Office applications, Nexus is an advantage.
- You have a category B driving license.
