Your contribution to our team
You support our team in diverse projects in spatial development and planning, mainly for cities and municipalities. You work on current topics such as inner development, housing development, climate adaptation, or landscape and open space development. Your tasks include collaborating on supra-local and local spatial and urban development concepts, zoning plans, land use and special land use plans, as well as agglomeration programs. In addition to content development, you create and edit plans, maps, and graphics and develop creative ideas to translate complex information and contexts into meaningful and understandable graphic representations. You also contribute your design and conceptual strengths to the further development of our presentations, reports, and plans. Depending on your experience and interest, you gradually take on more responsibility, up to the role of project manager, where you lead your own task packages or subprojects.

- You bring knowledge of the instruments and processes of spatial planning and development as well as basic urban planning knowledge.
- As an initiative and communicative personality, you approach people with interest and joy, both in the team and in exchange with clients.
- You have a strong interest and a flair for creating appealing graphics, plans, and visualizations.
- You enjoy versatile, varied, and thematically broad projects in an interdisciplinary environment.
- We promote professional and personal development through intensive exchange, courses, and lectures.
- You will find great scope for initiative and development with us.
- We offer you flexible working models with annual working hours.
- From day one, you will be challenged and supported as best as possible.
