About the job

The zumsy ag offers the population attractive living options in old age with the zumsy Birgli and zumsy Rosenau retirement homes as well as assisted living services. Zumsy Birgli provides professional care and support to 41 residents through employees from all areas. We are looking for an innovative, communicative, and motivated personality as a nursing specialist for the day shift starting June 2026 or by arrangement. We offer: • Careful onboarding • At least 5 weeks of vacation • Day off on your birthday • Varied and diverse range of tasks • A good working atmosphere in a manageable and committed team • Further training (internal/external) • Health promotion including working with Kinaesthetics Your responsibilities: • Holistic, activating, and individual care and support of the residents • Accompanying doctor visits • Taking over daily responsibility • Data entry and documentation in careCoach Your profile: • Completed training as a health specialist, HF nursing specialist, or equivalent qualification • High communication and teamwork skills • Empathy in dealing with residents and relatives • Confident in German (spoken and written) Do you feel addressed?
