These activities excite you: ensuring optimal care and support tailored to the clients guaranteeing the flow of information (interdisciplinary collaboration) maintaining digital protocol and care documentation assisting in coordination and holistic care and support in palliative situations
You work both outpatient and inpatient On-call duties
