The Children’s Hospital Zurich, with around 3,000 employees, is the largest university children’s hospital in Switzerland and one of the leading centres for paediatrics and adolescent medicine in Europe. Your Tasks
- As a member of the 6-person clinic management of Children’s Rehab Switzerland, you take on the strategic, conceptual and economic responsibility for the nursing service.
- You are co-responsible for the implementation of the nursing service mandate including nursing development and nursing education, with an emphasis on effective and family-centred care and support.
- The personnel, organisational and financial management within budgetary guidelines is your responsibility.
- You promote future-oriented personnel and team development taking into account operational requirements.
- You actively participate in inter- and intraprofessional projects and, if necessary, take on project management.
- As a member of the management team of the Directorate of Nursing & Medical-Therapeutic Professions (MTB), you actively contribute to the implementation and further development of quality assurance.
Your Profile
- Diploma in Nursing HF / FH
- MSc or MAS in Nursing and/or Management
- Extensive professional experience in paediatric nursing and/or rehabilitation
- Qualifying knowledge in business administration
- Strong leadership skills and proven performance in a management role
- Enjoyment in working within the interprofessional clinic management and rehabilitation context
