• You care for and support people with chronically progressive diseases
• Increasing the quality of life of those affected and promoting self-determination is close to your heart
• You conduct interprofessional ward rounds and roundtable discussions
• With commitment, you support our trainees and students in everyday nursing and learning situations
• You appreciate the exchange within the team, with therapists, the medical team, the counseling center, and nursing experts
• You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the nursing process to ensure high-quality nursing care

• With a diploma recognized in Switzerland at the level of Nursing Specialist HF 
• Solid nursing knowledge and interest in professional and personal development
• You remain calm and thoughtful in hectic, challenging, and complex situations
• The varied tasks in the different areas suit your nature
• You convince through high social competence by treating our residents, colleagues, and relatives with appreciation and empathy
• You communicate confidently and professionally with internal and external contacts - both personally and digitally
