Responsibilities:

Plan and lead construction operations on our sites in coordination with the Project Manager
Prepare bids, conduct tenders, and technical interviews
Manage cost estimates
Ensure safety on the construction site
Control deadlines, costs, and quality of work execution
Maintain regular and effective contact with our contractors and partners through site meetings

You bring:

Training in construction (Diploma as Construction Site Manager, architect, engineer, or equivalent)
At least 3 years of successful experience in general contracting or construction company, an asset
Knowledge of standards and laws in Switzerland
Ability to communicate, negotiate, analyze, and solve problems
Ease in working as part of a team
Field-oriented, versatile, conscientious, and stress-resistant person
