Technical Support Engineer 80 – 100 % (w/m/d)

Hamilton Storage at our location in Germany markets robots for storing up to ten million chemical substances for pharmaceutical companies.

This is what you can achieve:

• Installation and commissioning of our biobank and compound management systems at international customers
• Training, technical consulting, and support for external users
• Regular maintenance work on mechanical and electrical components at national as well as international customers
• Troubleshooting and repairs in case of malfunctions, including replacement or adjustment of hardware as well as recalibration of robot positions
• Independent planning, execution, and documentation of all service deployments
• Implementation of corrective and preventive measures to ensure smooth system operation
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as R&D, product management, production, and sales

This is what you bring with you:

• Completed technical studies or a comparable technical education
• Ideally experience in the life sciences or diagnostics sector
• Initial professional experience in technical service or a similar role is a plus
• An independent, structured, and service-oriented way of working
• A reliable and flexible personality who keeps an overview even under time pressure
• Strong willingness to travel to support our customers in southern Germany and Austria as well as readiness for regular assignments beyond the region
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
