Specialists Supervision Childcare (a)

We are looking for several specialists who will take on a central role in the area of cantonal supervision of childcare facilities. You will contribute your professional expertise in the approval and supervision process and participate in the further development of quality-assuring foundations.
Your tasks
- You are responsible on the one hand for reviewing approval applications from facilities according to the cantonal Childcare Act and the corresponding reporting. On the other hand, you supervise already recognized facilities and check whether the requirements according to the Childcare Act are met. The corresponding reporting is also part of this.
- Your competent collaboration and expertise are also required when creating foundations for planning, control, quality assurance, and further development of family-complementing childcare services.
- In addition, you provide expert information and advice on specialist topics for cantonal and municipal administrative offices, organizations, as well as internally within the office.
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master in Early Childhood Education, Care and Upbringing, Social Pedagogy or equivalent qualification
- In-depth knowledge and experience in early promotion or preschool family-complementing childcare
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance/auditing
- Communication and presentation skills, experience and confidence in dealing with different stakeholders
- Administrative experience is an advantage
