About the job
Employee: Archive/Scanning 80 - 100%At the heart of the economy! This is where we operate at the Commercial Register Office of the Canton of Zurich, processing over 70,000 business transactions every year with our approximately 75 employees. We are responsible for all registrations of companies based in the Canton of Zurich and ensure transparency and legal certainty in business transactions.
Do you like to get involved? Then help us convert paper files into digital form and streamline our archive. From May 2026 or by arrangement, you will strengthen our seven-member team as an employee (80 to 100%). Your position is limited to three years.
These tasks await you
- You prepare physical paper files for the scanning process
- You check digital files and confirm their compliance with your electronic signature
- You scan files and process them on the screen
- You ensure that the digital files are correctly stored in the system
You fit with us if
- You enjoy and focus on performing repetitive tasks on the computer
- You already have experience in archiving or a similar activity
- You are interested in digital transformation and have an affinity/experience with IT
- You work very precisely and efficiently
- You like to get involved and work in a team
