A very good communicator, you assert yourself with natural leadership and have very good adaptability, interpersonal skills, listening, and autonomy with a strong taste for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. Rigorous and organized, you have a good industrial culture and know how to set and manage priorities. You have a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis and know how to translate a problem into an action plan.
With a higher education degree in engineering or equivalent in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or microtechnology, you have been working for more than 5 years in an advanced technical environment and have knowledge of problem-solving tools (5 Whys?, Ishikawa, PDCA, DMAIC, etc.) and ERP IT processes (SAP PM) and a CMMS, computerized maintenance management system.

As a maintenance methods project manager, you are THE maintenance contact person in equipment investment projects in production. You
- participate in the implementation of the overall maintenance strategy and the deployment of a CMMS – computerized maintenance management system – for optimal production activity efficiency;
- ensure preventive (TPM Total Productive Maintenance) and corrective maintenance of industrial production equipment;
- implement a problem analysis and resolution approach (analysis of data from the MES – Manufacturing Execution System – or directly from the equipment);
- support, inform, and train teams during deployments, evolutions, and optimizations on milestone progress and deliverables;
- participate in the reliability of new equipment or their evolution: anticipate issues, guarantee series life by adopting an environmental approach;
- analyze, propose, and estimate solutions to increase equipment availability;
- implement all preventive and predictive maintenance tools and processes to ensure compliance with maintenance prescriptions in relation to suppliers and operational maintenance teams;
- participate in improving the production tool and the efficiency of the maintenance service;
- collaborate cross-functionally with external and internal stakeholders such as business experts, purchasing, IT, production, and suppliers.
