To complete its team, the nursing management is looking for the Neurorehabilitation services of HFR Meyriez - Murten, a
Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC)
(Fixed-term 1 year, 40%)
Your mission:
- provide quality care in partnership with the cared-for person and their entourage, respecting the current care philosophy
- perform medical-technical and care services within the defined scope of your area of competence
- carry out logistical, administrative, and household tasks
- promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it
- work in pairs with nurses and thus take care of patients as a team
- supervise staff in training
- certificate as a community health and care assistant
Your profile:
- mastery of the French or German language with good knowledge of the partner language, an asset
- (FEE training or willingness to become one, an asset)
- mastery of basic and hospital-specific IT tools
- ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- interpersonal skills and communication sense
- flexibility, commitment, and ability to accept changes

Tasks

- You perform medical-technical and nursing services within your area of competence.
- You handle logistical and administrative tasks as well as household duties.
- You promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it.
- You work in a two-person team with a nursing professional and thus care for patients as a team.
- You supervise trainees.
- Qualification as Health Specialist (FaGe)
Profile
- German or French, good knowledge of the other language is an advantage
- BB qualification or willingness to acquire it, an advantage
- Knowledge of basic and hospital-specific IT programs
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
- Social skills and communication ability
- Flexibility, commitment, and willingness to adapt to changes
