- Lead the team personnel-wise, organizationally, and technically and promote the further development of team members.
- Take responsibility for the development, optimization, and operation of the telecom network infrastructure and system landscape.
- Ensure ISO 27001 certification and compliance with all security standards.
- Manage large projects of key customers in collaboration with Key Account Management.
- Drive innovative further development of the telecom network infrastructure and keep the failure rate low.

- Your background is technically oriented and you know the operational challenges in engineering, ideally in the telecom sector.
- Completed university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar.
