The beautifully located Hochweid Senior Center in Kilchberg includes a senior and nursing home with space for around 48 residents as well as a nursing group with 10 places for people with dementia. The focus of our work is on palliative care and dementia care. Our center also includes a senior settlement with 53 senior apartments as well as 5 additional senior apartments in the Conradstift at Dorfstrasse 80/82.

Your Tasks

Taking over shift responsibility (in emergencies also in the senior settlement)
Monitoring, implementing and planning the care process
Performing nursing and medical-technical tasks - mainly in complex situations
Advising, coaching and instructing employees of other competence levels
Professional communication with residents, relatives and third parties
Interdisciplinary exchange with the day shift and other areas

Your Profile

Completed training as a certified nurse HF or equivalent
Proven professional experience in nursing, preferably in a long-term care institution
Good physical and mental resilience (suitability for night shift)
Dynamic personality with passion for the profession
Very good German skills (spoken and written)
RAI RUG knowledge is an advantage
Good IT user skills (including Care Coach)
