For the surface technology production area, we are looking for a technically skilled individual who not only operates systems but understands the interrelationships, resolves faults purposefully, and actively optimises processes.

Your tasks

• You operate, set up, and monitor painting and coating systems.
• You ensure reliable and trouble-free production operations.
• In the event of machine and system faults, you analyse the cause and initiate targeted measures to resolve them.
• You optimise processes and production workflows with the aim of continuously improving quality, stability, and efficiency.
• You assist with maintenance and repair work on the systems.
• You train and support employees in the safe and professional handling of the systems.
• You ensure consistently high surface quality and keep an eye on relevant process parameters.
• You maintain machine master data as well as process and operational documentation reliably and up to date.

Your profile

You have completed a technical vocational training, ideally as an automation technician or in a comparable field, and bring experience in an industrial production environment.

The following experiences and qualities are particularly suitable for this role:

• Experience as a plant operator or in the operation and monitoring of production systems
• Motivation and interest in topics such as robotics, control, sensor technology, and drive technology.
• Good knowledge in systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience in surface treatment, especially painting or coating, is an advantage
• Good technical understanding and a strong grasp of production processes and quality requirements
• Analytical and interconnected thinking
• High quality awareness / customer orientation
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Initiative and forward-looking action; not thinking in silos
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
