Your tasks
- You process digital as well as physical mail including packing and shipping (incoming and outgoing mail)
- You code invoices from orders and material procurement
- You handle the inbox of the Service Center
- You are responsible for the maintenance of the copy and material zones (material management / disposal)
- You support furniture procurement as well as any workplace relocations and minor repairs
- You share responsibility for the implementation and coordination of safety-related aspects (evacuation drills, compliance with house rules, etc.)
- You take care of our customers in terms of reception duties at Livit
- You assist in recording the annual environmental data and perform general administrative and organizational tasks
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training or further education with corresponding professional experience in the service sector, preferably in internal services
- You can communicate adequately in German and ideally in other national languages, both orally and in writing
- You have a pronounced organizational and technical flair, a high degree of independence as well as service and customer orientation
- You work in a structured manner and keep an overview even in hectic times
- You have an affinity for technology and can apply new technologies
- You possess self-learning competence to organize your workday efficiently.
