Your demanding and varied tasks:
Focus on RAI
- You take responsibility for the correct implementation of the RAI system according to legal and contractual requirements and ensure complete, comprehensible nursing documentation with RAIsoft including ePDok.
- You monitor the RAI-LTCF-supported nursing process, conduct regular quality checks, and ensure correct coding for the classification of care effort groups.
- You coach and support the employees involved in the nursing process and plan and lead internal training sessions.
- You actively participate in quality management and contribute to the analysis and interpretation of RAI quality indicators.
- You analyze nursing-related issues, derive evidence-based recommendations, and promote the further development of nursing quality and standards in everyday life.
- You accompany projects and the introduction of new concepts and work closely with interprofessional teams to ensure high-quality care.
Strategic-conceptual tasks
- You support the overall management in the further development of the organization, especially in the area of nursing quality and RAI.
Our requirements:
- You have training as a registered nurse HF/FH and completed further training as a RAI-LTCF expert.
- You bring several years of experience in RAI recording, ideally in the LTCF system.
- You convince with proven expertise in nursing consultation, support, and quality development and bring corresponding experience as a nursing expert.
- Ideally, you have completed the SVEB 1 in adult education.
