Your Tasks

Technical and personnel management of the Payroll department with two employees
Responsibility for payroll processing and control of payroll runs
Processing of the annual financial statements in cooperation with finance and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Continuous optimization and automation of payroll processes
Assistance in handling accident and sickness notifications, controlling daily allowances
Technical support for employees and line managers in the area of payroll and social security
Key user of the payroll system and participation in HR projects

Your Profile

Commercial training with further education in payroll and social security
Several years of payroll experience, ideally in a 24-hour operation
Leadership experience is an advantage
Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security law
Proficient use of MS Office programs, very good Excel skills
Reliable, precise and service-oriented working style
Business fluent German skills
Trustworthy and discreet personality
