• In this key role, you are responsible for the professional, timely, and cost-effective implementation of demanding medium and large installation projects.
• With your winning personality, you will become the point of contact for our customers at the Herisau location with your team.
• You plan and accompany projects in the high and low voltage areas from conception to acceptance. In doing so, you develop needs-based solutions in direct contact with customers and create customer-specific offers.
• You plan and optimize resource use, lead project teams, and coordinate services with all project participants.
• By expanding the customer base, you generate follow-up or additional orders.

• After completing your basic training as an electrical installer:in EFZ, you have gained several years of professional experience and ideally further education (Federal diploma electrical installer:in, electrical project manager with federal FA or similar).
• You have already led teams and integrate effortlessly into an existing team.
• An open and honest communication is important to you, and you express yourself confidently in German both orally and in writing.
• For site visits, you hold a driver's license category B.

The branch in Herisau specializes in service and maintenance work for private, industrial, and commercial customers as well as new and renovation projects.
