The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 23 accommodations under the brand Mountain Hotels and Resorts, ranging from simple group houses to upscale four-star superior hotels.

For the upcoming winter season 2025/26, we are looking for a person for the Bolgen Plaza restaurant at the Jakobshorn valley station as:

The Restaurant

The Bolgen Plaza at the foot of the Jakobshorn is a meeting point throughout the year and has 150 seats and a large sun terrace. The restaurant impresses with its very central location and its hearty cuisine.

Your Tasks

Independent management of a service station
Beverage and food service including cash handling
Taking on general cleaning tasks in the restaurant
Preparations in the restaurant with mise en place

Your Profile

Training: You have experience in the gastronomy field or a similar area
Work style: You work reliably and independently, are motivated, and have a high service and numerical awareness
Personality: You are open-minded, friendly, and attentive
Language: You have good oral and written German skills.
