Specialized Care: Group Leadership Recovery Room MKG, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastic, Neurosurgery, GYN, URO 80-100%

We are expanding our leadership team and are looking for a second leadership personality in the recovery room for the specialties ENT, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Ophthalmology, Plastic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Gynecology, and Urology, who want to shape the future together with the department management. As group leaders, you work closely together – each with your own area of responsibility for 10 - 15 FTE. Together you lead a team of around 25 employees.

Your main tasks:

• Professional and personal development of the teams
• Ensuring high nursing and quality standards
• Co-design and active participation in the Shared Governance Team 
• Strategic and operational planning
• Participation in the implementation of the USZ Strategy 2030

You bring with you:  

• Degree as a certified nurse with completed NDK or equivalent further training with several years of professional experience
