ERP Project Manager (Odoo) Jewelry (M/F)

Context and main missions

As part of the deployment of the new Odoo ERP within our high jewelry workshops, setting, and our manufactures, we are looking for a young engineer project manager to lead the integration of the solution across all our jewelry entities.

As a true interface between the business teams (production, logistics, precious materials management, quality, etc.) and the ERP integrators, your mission will be to :

• Gather and analyze business needs from the different sites and their management

• Translate these functional needs to the Odoo integrator, ensuring alignment with the specificities of each site

• Define and formalize processes in Odoo, in connection with the management of the workshops/manufactures

• Manage data recovery and migration to Odoo

• Organize and conduct testing phases (functional acceptance, user tests)

• Train operational teams in the use of Odoo

• Coordinate the deployment of necessary IT hardware on the different sites

• Ensure project follow-up until go-live and support change management

Profile sought

• Education : Generalist engineer, computer science, industrial or equivalent (Master's degree)

• Experience : Project management, ERP deployment or industrial environment

• Field affinity : Ability to understand the realities of production, logistics flows, precious materials management, traceability, quality, and operations

• IT awareness : Strong interest in new technologies and information systems

• Interpersonal skills : Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and to unite, pedagogy, listening, and diplomacy

• Rigor and organization : Priority management, respect of deadlines, autonomy

Conditions

• Permanent contract based in Geneva

• Position available as soon as possible

• Mobility required the first year (2 to 3 days/week travel in Switzerland and/or France)

• Reduced travel after the first year
