What does a Service Manager at Reiden Technik AG do?
You strengthen a young, dynamic, and technically interested team in customer service and act as a hub.
Your main tasks include:
- First level support on the phone and problem analysis of our 5-axis machining centers
- Planning, accompanying, and supporting service technicians before and during service assignments
- Order processing of customer projects
Your profile
- You have completed training as a polymechanic and have experience with 5-axis machining centers
- You have a careful and precise way of working
- You are a trustworthy, independent, and service-oriented personality
- You are characterized by initiative and joy in technology

- Desirable good English and/or French skills
