Your field of activity
In this versatile role, you are the hub for the aesthetics and cleanliness of our house:
• You ensure the impeccable condition of our hotel rooms, apartments, and public areas
• From room cleaning to laundry to small repairs, you actively pitch in
• You professionally guide employees at supported workplaces and assist them with tasks such as seminar room preparation or external cleaning assignments
• You coordinate processes in a structured manner and keep an overview even in hectic times
Your profile
• Completed training as a hotel specialist or housekeeper as well as relevant professional experience.
• You enjoy working with people and have the necessary sensitivity to guide employees with IV
• You think holistically, work independently, and are absolutely reliable
• Working on weekends and irregular hours are part of everyday hotel life for you
• Fluent German, Swiss German is an advantage, as well as good PC skills
