About the job
What you can achieve
- Coordination, organization, and execution of international clinical studies and RCTs
- Creation, management, review, maintenance, and archiving of study documentation according to ICH-GCP
- Accurate and complete data entry of study data in the eCRF as well as regular review of study data from other study centers
- Ordering, receiving, documenting, storing, and shipping of study medications as well as, if necessary, organizing the destruction of study medications
- Submissions and communication with the ethics committee, Swissmedic, and CTIS
- Contact person for patients, physicians, study centers, statisticians, committees, authorities, CROs, monitors, and sponsors
- Preparation of quarterly reports, study newsletters and updates as well as organization, execution, and documentation of regular meetings with the study team, other study centers, committee meetings, SIVs, etc.
What you bring with you
- Completed training or studies in the field of healthcare or natural sciences as well as completed GCP courses
- Experience in conducting clinical studies or research projects is an advantage
- High degree of initiative, self-organization, and commitment
- Open, flexible, communicative, and resilient personality
- Precise working style as well as high quality and responsibility awareness and organizational talent
- Respectful and empathetic interaction with patients and their relatives
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
