Project Manager Building Technology

Starting from January 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement in our team.

Your tasks include:

• You develop replacement concepts and variant comparisons for building technology systems
• Using energy and condition analyses, you determine renovation strategies and assist our clients with investment decisions
• You work on the planning of HVAC replacement measures
• Thanks to your support in technical quality assurance, you help building technology projects succeed
• You can rely on our interdisciplinary team of experts in sustainability, building physics/acoustics, building simulation, and energy operational optimization (eBO)

We are looking for a dedicated professional with a degree in building or energy technology (HF or FH), who is convincing with a solid understanding of energy and thermodynamic processes. If you enjoy developing and successfully implementing sustainable replacement concepts, you are exactly right with us.

Ideally, you already have experience in planning building technology systems and are familiar with relevant standards. Your oral and written communication skills in German are at a high level, allowing you to convey complex topics clearly and confidently.
