Job Description
What does your workday look like …
- As a born host, you are responsible for the smooth operation at the bar
- You lead the team and support your colleagues in their development
- You ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes
- You take responsibility for your budget and develop the bar entrepreneurially
- You are a competent and open-minded contact person for the highballers
- You support your colleagues with an infectious smile when all guests storm the bar at the same time and want a drink
- You keep your cool even with spontaneous changes of plans
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your resume …
- You have gained leadership experience in a bar and speak fluent German and English
- You can inspire your colleagues as much as your guests
- You are passionate about the bar scene and bar culture and like to discover new concepts
- You are a doer – and openly admit when you have made a mistake
- You bring not only your skills but also your character
