Tasks
- Manage social media accounts including text, image, and video content.
- Update and maintain our online presence including the hotel website.
- Respond to guest feedback and online reviews in a timely manner.
Skills
- Completed administrative training in hospitality or tourism; 2 years of experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design processes and production.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and Wordpress.

- Responsibility for content & community management for our social media accounts (image, text, and video).
- Updating and maintaining the online presence (e.g., hotel website via Wordpress) as well as external directory entries such as Google.
- Responding to guest feedback and online reviews.
- Coordinating ongoing marketing activities, creative support in offer design.
- Assisting in the design of digital and printed advertising media such as advertisements, posters while adhering to CI guidelines.
- Supporting the maintenance of the CRM system and its interfaces.
- Creating & sending newsletters.
- Supporting the maintenance and expansion of existing partner relationships.
- Supporting the organization and execution of fam trips, site inspections, and events.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of offers, packages, promotions, and campaigns via the booking engine and OTAs.
- Assisting in the development and management of all e-commerce activities to expand and optimize the online sales network.
- Taking independent responsibility for projects according to individual competence.
Your profile
- Completed administrative vocational training in the hotel or tourism sector or comparable professional training such as hotel management school.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the hotel or tourism industry, experience in marketing, sales, and communication preferred.
- Essential knowledge of graphic design and production processes, from printed materials to video content.
- Knowledge of luxury hotels desired.
- Knowledge of the Zermatt tourism region desired.

- Solid Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of a PMS system such as Fidelio Suite 8, Opera, Protel, etc.
- Preferred knowledge of the following programs: Vertical Booking/Simple Booking, Synxis, Adobe Creative Suite, dailypoint, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Wordpress.
