Who we are looking for:
For our growing insurance team, we are looking for people who create clarity, drive things forward, and dive into complex insurance landscapes with common sense. People who know the industry – but are not trapped in it, think flexibly, and can maintain momentum.

• You combine your skills in business analysis and solution design to optimize processes that are to be implemented.
• Become an expert in project management: Support and drive the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure projects run smoothly, our stakeholders are kept up to date, and decisions can be made quickly.
• Participate in or lead discovery workshops, define and support customers in digitizing end-to-end workflows (processes, journeys, data flows, system integrations).
• Drive change from the board to the implementation team – align stakeholders, manage and collaborate with vendors to ensure backlogs are defined and roadmaps are followed.
• Develop and manage backlogs, plan sprints, and help shape the future of our transformation offering in the insurance sector.
• Continuously learn and train yourself in relevant insurance tools (depending on project and client).

• You have interest and some experience in consulting or transformation, ideally in the insurance sector.
• You are equally familiar with creating an RfP presentation, Excel models, or writing a Jira user story.
• You enjoy analyzing and always think one step ahead.
• You are structured and flexible – ready to switch between high-level strategic planning and detailed implementation.
• You speak fluent German and English (bonus: French or Italian).
